Kati brings over 20 years of experience in the legal field to Johnson Jensen Williams, along with a rare blend of operational expertise and genuine heart for helping others. Her career has taken her across California and Indiana, where she managed several law firms before broadening her leadership experience as Vice President of Operations for both a marketing agency and an enhanced care management company. Through it all, she always knew the legal field was where she truly belonged.

Kati’s journey began in California, where she ran a small satellite office and worked as a paralegal—an experience that sparked her passion for both the operational side of law and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. That passion eventually brought her back to Indiana, where her path came full circle when she met her now-husband, who hired her to run his law office. Since then, she has focused on law firm management, bringing structure, clarity, and purpose to everything she touches.

At Johnson Jensen, Kati is drawn to the way the firm treats people with respect, compassion, and a commitment to doing what’s right. Her favorite part of the role is building the infrastructure that allows the team to thrive, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly so the attorneys can remain focused on what matters most: serving clients.

Outside of work, Kati loves spending time with her family, cheering on her son as he plays college basketball, baking, cooking, and staying active.
