Michael joined Johnson Jensen Williams in 2022 as a Certified Legal Intern and Law Clerk, where he gained valuable experience and thoughtful mentorship during law school. That experience sparked his strong interest in personal injury law. After graduating from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and passing the bar exam, Michael became an attorney in 2024. His approach to legal practice is deeply client-centered and driven by his passion for helping individuals navigate difficult times with compassion and clarity. In 2026, Michael was selected to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40, an invitation-only distinction recognizing accomplished trial attorneys under the age of 40.

Before pursuing law, Michael worked in Business Development within the medical device industry, where he specialized in developing organizational strategies aligned with regulatory requirements and streamlining FDA and state submission processes. His undergraduate education from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in Marketing and Operations/Supply Chain Management provides him with a strategic perspective that enhances his legal work.

Michael’s passion for this work is also heavily shaped by his personal experiences. Battling cancer during law school and while preparing for the bar exam gave him a unique understanding of the challenges his clients face, particularly how difficult it can be to balance treatment with other important life events. That perspective reinforces his commitment to leading with compassion and simplifying the legal process for those he represents.

Outside of his legal practice, Michael enjoys golfing and spending time with friends and family. He also has two dogs, Indigo and Soot, who keep him busy outside the office.
