Sherri Essex brings 16 years of focused legal experience to Johnson Jensen Williams, with extensive expertise in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law that she has honed since 2009. A graduate of Ivy Tech Community College, Sherri was drawn to the legal field by a desire to help and serve others — and she found in personal injury work the perfect intersection of challenge and purpose.

Sherri chose Johnson Jensen Williams for the way the firm practices: with genuine empathy for clients, zealous advocacy, and the courage to take a case all the way to trial when that’s what it takes. Having witnessed firsthand how the justice system can be slow and difficult to navigate for injured plaintiffs in Indiana, she is passionate about being part of a team that ensures no client ever has to face that system alone.

Sherri’s life outside of work is full of cheering on her kids, spending time with friends, catching live music, and traveling whenever she can. She is an avid lover of beaches, books, dogs, and all things Christmas.
