Jacqueline “Jackie” Upshaw brings more than 20 years of paralegal experience and a strong understanding of complex litigation to her role as a medical malpractice paralegal at Johnson Jensen Williams. Throughout her career, Jackie has developed a particular appreciation for the detail and investigation involved in medical malpractice cases. She enjoys diving deeply into the facts, medical records, and circumstances surrounding each case so she can develop a clear understanding of not only what happened, but how it has affected the client.

Knowledgeable, thorough, and empathetic, Jackie understands that behind every case is a person or family navigating an incredibly difficult time. She takes pride in getting to know the clients she works with, listening to their concerns, and helping them feel supported throughout the legal process. Her combination of experience, compassion, and attention to detail allows her to be both a valuable resource to the attorneys she supports and a reassuring presence for clients.

Outside of the office, Jackie enjoys staying active and spending time with her children. She can often be found supporting her son and cheering on his football team from the sidelines.
